Inspiration

I would say many artists are also photographers...amateur or professional...we go out take photos for inspiration, not necessarily to copy it (the photograph does that nicely). I took this one in the valley near Wolfville after an afternoon of apple picking. I have always been attracted by the geometric patterns and texture in landscapes....now to process it in my mind's eye and create something extraordinary...no pressure of course!
